Welcome to the 90 Day Challenge! Congratulations on your decision to make a transformation. This program is designed to motivate, inspire and educate. You will meet new people, try new things and hopefully have an outstanding fitness experience. Our goal is to provide an atmosphere that will allow you to grow and support you as you work towards your goals. You may not even recognize yourself at the end.
We want your 90 days to be memorable. This program is packed with new information, new workouts, new methods, and new spirit. You will learn from your coaches, the weekly lectures, the team workouts and Team Challenges. Every week you and your team will build momentum. Some team has to win, so why not your team? Your job is to gain more focus each week. You are challenging yourself. Your coach will direct you, your team will lift you, and your effort will be rewarded with results.
